Alliance Organisation is a Singapore based financial advisory, that was established in January 2000 as a group of agency units representing AXA Insurance Pte Ltd. It was created with the vision to be the Preferred Organisation for all our stakeholders including our business associates, clients and strategic partners in Asia. The approach has always been to empower clients in achieving their goals via unique wealth management approaches.
The combination of carefully tailored financial planning and a wide range of flexible options is at the heart of what makes Alliance Organisation so different from others in the industry. Through impartial and unbiased advice, we never fail to achieve a positive ROI for each and every client.
Our Methodology
We bring elegant simplicity to what is usually an incredibly complex process. From reviewing a client's current portfolio to engaging in risk management, Alliance utilises a proven 4 step process that will ensure clients a peace of mind and predictable return on investment.

We set goals based on analysis of all facts and statements from our client's existing portfolio. We meet the needs of our clients by achieving a balance between cash flow and risk profile.
2. Implement
A customised solution will be created based on the goals set. We believe in flexibility. Asset allocation will be managed based on market conditions and hidden variables that may impact your goals.
3. Monitor
We provide our clients with regular statements and performance reports. Valuing the views and inputs of our clients, periodic reviews help them stay on track to their set out goals.
4. Secure

TAN ENG SENG, Financial Services Director
Having joined the finance industry in 1992, Mr Tan has more than 2 decades of professional experience. Through strong analytical skills and a great sense of integrity, he has been able to constantly deliver sound financial advice that brings value to organisations and individuals alike. His patience and never give up attitude has always being Inspiring and motivating to his clients and the team in their quest for success.
JOE NG, Associate Director
With his wealth of knowledge in organisation skill, he has been very successful in structuring the business flow for Alliance Organistion. With strong commitment and dedication, he leaded his team towards high achievements and recognitions include the Star Unit and Platinum Club.
RAYMOND LEONG, Financial Services Manager
Having joined the industry after graduating from the National University of Singapore in the early 1990s, under his leadership, Raymond inspires his team to be the best advisers and has successfully developed many to be Million Dollar Round Table members. He believes this career can create a constructive balance between work and life.
KIM CHEN, Financial Services Manager
After a short stint in the accounting practice, she joined the industry in 1995. She was a Million Dollar Round Table member and believes in developing her team of advisers as independent professionals and conducting the business with integrity. She also has a social grace, volunteering her time to the less privilege and promoting Financial Literacy programmes through schools and the public.
Our Business Support
As we are striving hard to find a foot mark in the industry, our business support staff deals with managing all the functioning of the business departments and thereby reducing the total work load of our leaders and our advisers. Their main responsibility is to ensure the efficient performance of all departments in our organisation. They also act as a connecting link between the leaders and the advisers. Daily operations are prepared and they have to assist the training section making sure the advisers are well equipped. They provide motivation to the work force and make them realize the goals of the organisation.
